We work primarily in very small groups and teach players based on high impact, high repetition method.  Every exercise is at game-speed and every exercise is player centric.  The focus is always on the player.

Though we spend time on each area of focus, the foundation of our training is our fast footwork / ball manipulation.  A player's ability to manipulate the ball while under pressure is vital to their success on the field.
